                                                                                                <abstract><p>Deprem kayıt istasyonu kurulumu ile istasyonun bulunduğu yer ve çevresinin deprem etkinliği daha iyi takipedilebilmekte böylece, bölgesel ve ülke genelinde meydana gelecek depremlerin parametrelerinin belirlenmesine çok büyük katkı sağlanmaktadır. Deprem kayıt istasyonunun sayısının fazla olması durumu iyileştirirken diğer yandan bütçe, zaman, sürdürülebilirlik masrafları vb. kıt kaynakların olması istasyonların sayısını kısıtlamaktadır. Bu sebeple deprem kayıt istasyonu kurulur iken nereye konumlanacağı kararı önemli hale gelmektedir. Ek olarak yer seçimi kararı uzun vadeli planlamaya dâhil edilebilmesi açısından stratejiktir ve sonucu birçok kararı etkilemektedir. Deprem kayıt istasyonu yeri seçimi; zemin sınıfı, doğal ve çevresel gürültü tipi, gürültü düzeyi ve mesafesi, iletişim amaçlı kullanılan temel istasyonuna uzaklık, deprem kayıt istasyonuna ulaşılabilirlik, elektrik kaynaklarına olan uzaklık, yerin mülkiyeti, sinyal gönderimi için etkileyici bir nesnenin olup olmadığı gibi çok sayıda kriteri içeren ve bu kriterlerin birlikte değerlendirilmesini gerektiren çok kriterli bir karar verme problemidir. Bu çalışmada seçilen kriterlere bağlı olarak konunun uzmanlarına anket uygulanmış ve elde edilen cevaplar temelinde uygulanan AHP(Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi) yöntemi ile kriterlerin ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen ağırlıklar kullanılarak MOOSRA(Basit Oran Analizi Bazında Çok Amaçlı Optimizasyon) yöntemi ile alternatiflerin sıralaması yapılmış ve karar vericilere sunulmuştur.</p></abstract>

                            <p>With the installation of an earthquake station, the earthquake activity of the location and its surroundings can be better monitored, thus making a great contribution to the determination of the parameters of earthquakes that will occur regionally and throughout the country. While the high number of earthquake stations improves the situation, the availability of scarce resources e.g. budget, time, sustainability costs, etc. limits the number of stations. For this reason, when the earthquake station is established, the decision of where to locate becomes important. In addition, the location decision is strategic in that it can be included in long-term planning, and the result affects many decisions. Selection of earthquake station site location involves many criteria such as soil type/types, natural and environmental noise type, noise level and distance, distance to the base station used for communication purposes, accessibility to the earthquake station, distance to electricity sources, ownership of the place. It is a multi-criteria decision-making problem that requires these criteria to be evaluated together. Based on the criteria chosen in this study, a questionnaire was applied to the experts of the field, and the weights of the criteria were determined by using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. By using the obtained weights, the alternatives were listed by MOOSRA (Multi-objective Optimization on the Basis of Simple Ratio Analysis) method and presented to decision makers.</p></trans-abstract>
