ÖzetNorofibromatozis; cafe-au-lait lekeleri, nörofibroma-lar ve iskeletsel değişimler ile karakterize otomozal dominant bir hastalıktır. Yaklaşık 6 aydır damağında bulunan şişlik şikayeti ile kliniğimize müracaat eden 40 yaşındaki bayan hastaya yapılan histopatolojik ve klinik değerlendirmeler sonucunda tip 1 norofibromatozis tanısı konmuştur.
