                                                                                                <abstract><p>In this paper, we first introduced the concept of possibility single valued neutrosophic soft expert sets (PSVNSESs for short) which is a generalization of single valued neutrosophic soft expert sets (SVNSESs for short), possibility fuzzy soft expert sets ( PFSESs) and possibility intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert sets (PIFSESs). We also define its basic operations, namely complement, union, intersection, AND and OR, and study some of their properties. Finally, an approach for solving MCDM problems is explored by applying the possibility single valued neutrosophic soft expert sets, and an example is provided to illustrate the application of the proposed method</p></abstract>
