Abstract





Özet


Psödoanevrizmalar,
arteriyel duvardaki bozulma nedeniyle kanın arter lümeninin dışına çıkarak
oluşturduğu ve aynı zamanda lümen ile iletişim halinde olduğu lokalize
pulsatil kitlesel yapılardır. Arteriyel yapılara ait olan üçlü tabakadan
(intima, media, adventisya) oluşmadığı için gerçek arteriyel anevrizmadan bu
yönü ile ayrılıp, “yalancı anevrizma”, “false anevrizma” gibi terimler de
isimlendirme amacıyla kullanılabilir. En sık nedenler travma, enfeksiyonlar,
uyuşturucu bağımlılığı ve iyatrojenik nedenlerdir. Günümüzde kardiovasküler
alanda tanı ve tedavi amacıyla yapılan girişimlerin önemli oranda artması
iyatrojenik nedenleri giderek ön plana çıkarmaktadır. İyatrojenik femoral
arter psödoanevrizması (İFAP), tanı veya tedavi amacıyla girişim yapılan ve
femoral arter erişimi kullanılan hastalarda işlem sonrası görülen önemli bir
komplikasyondur. Günümüzde İFAP’ların tedavisi için her geçen gün daha az
invaziv ve daha fazla başarı oranına sahip yeni tedaviler geliştirilmektedir.
Bu derleme ile biz hem tanı hem de tedavi rehberlerinden bahsederken aynı
zamanda İFAP gelişimini önlemek ve buna yönelik yeni stratejiler geliştirmeye
yönelik farkındalığı arttırmayı amaçladık.
