                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu araştırmada etik liderliğin iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisini ve bu süreçte örgütsel bağlılığın aracılık rolünün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 24.0 ile analiz edilirken, tanımlayıcı istatistiklerin yanı sıra açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri yapılmıştır. Örgütsel bağlılık, Hayes tarafından geliştirilen PROCESS 3.2 makrosu kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden nedensel araştırma tipi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Marmara bölgesinde yer alan beyaz yaka çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya 385 katılımcı dahil edilmiş olup örnekleme yöntemi olarak kartopu örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda etik liderlik ve örgütsel bağlılığın iş tatmini üzerinde etkili olduğu ve örgütsel bağlılığın, etik liderliğin iş tatminine etkisinde aracı etkisi olduğu saptanmıştır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction and the mediating role of organizational commitment in this process. The data obtained in the study were analyzed with SPSS 24.0 and descriptive statistics as well as explanatory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted. Organizational commitment was analyzed using the PROCESS 3.2 macro developed by Hayes. Causal research type, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the study. The population of the study consists of white-collar employees in the Marmara region. The study included 385 participants and snowball sampling method was used as the sampling method. As a result of the research, it was determined that ethical leadership and organizational commitment have an effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a mediating effect on the effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction.</p></trans-abstract>
