                            <p>Bu araştırma, spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin fiziksel aktiviteye yönelik tutumları ile beden okuryazarlığı algılarının incelenmesini ve aralarındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesini amaçlamaktadır. 2025-2026 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul ilindeki vakıf üniversitelerinin Spor Bilimleri Fakültelerinde öğrenim gören 179 lisans öğrencisi (kadın n=78, X̄yaş=21,71 ± 2,3; erkek n=101, X̄yaş=21,67 ± 2,38) ile yürütülmüştür. Veri toplama araçları olarak “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Fiziksel Aktiviteye Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği” ve “Ergenler için Algılanan Beden Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veriler IBM SPSS 24 programı ile analiz edilmiş; ikili karşılaştırmalarda bağımsız örneklem t-testi, çoklu karşılaştırmalarda one-way ANOVA ve post-hoc Tukey testi uygulanmış, anlamlılık düzeyi p  &amp;lt; 0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Katılımcıların fiziksel aktivite tutumları orta-yüksek düzeyde (X̄ = 3,91, SS = 0,06), beden okuryazarlığı algıları ise yüksek düzeyde (X̄ = 4,41, SS = 0,03) bulunmuştur. Pearson korelasyon analizi, iki değişken arasında orta düzeyde pozitif ve anlamlı ilişki ortaya koymuştur (r = 0,42, p  &amp;lt; 0,01; R² = 0,176). Cinsiyete göre kadınların “Ekipman Kullanımı” alt boyutunda tutumları erkeklerden (p  &amp;lt; 0,001; d = 0,63), erkeklerin “Başkaları ile İletişim ve Kendini İfade Etme” algıları ise kadınlardan anlamlı derecede yüksek çıkmıştır (p = 0,014; d = 0,39). Spor geçmişi değişkenine göre her iki ölçekte anlamlı fark tespit edilmemiştir. Sınıf düzeyine göre ise fiziksel aktivite tutumlarında anlamlı farklılık gözlenmiştir (F(3,175) = 2,777, p = 0,043, η² = 0,045); Tukey testi, 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin tutumlarının 2. sınıflardan daha yüksek olduğunu göstermiştir (ortalama fark = 0,466, p = 0,029). Beden okuryazarlığı algısında sınıf düzeyine göre fark bulunmamıştır (p = 0,071). Sonuç olarak, üniversite eğitimi ilerledikçe fiziksel aktivite tutumlarının olumlu yönde güçlendiği, beden okuryazarlığı algısının ise eğitim yılından bağımsız olarak yüksek ve stabil kaldığı belirlenmiştir. Bulgular literatürle uyumlu olup, spor bilimleri müfredatlarında tutum ve beden okuryazarlığını bütüncül destekleyen programların önemini vurgulamaktadır.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>This study examines the attitudes of sports sciences faculty students towards physical activity and their perceived physical literacy, while determining the relationship between these variables. It involved 179 undergraduate students (female n=78, M_age=21.71 ± 2.3; male n=101, M_age=21.67 ± 2.38) from foundation universities&#039; Sports Sciences Faculties in Istanbul during the 2025-2026 academic year. Tools included the Personal Information Form, Attitude Scale Towards Physical Activity, and Perceived Physical Literacy Scale for Adolescents. Data were analyzed with IBM SPSS 24: independent samples t-test for pairwise comparisons, one-way ANOVA with post-hoc Tukey for multiple comparisons (p  &amp;lt; 0.05). Participants showed medium-high attitudes towards physical activity (M = 3.91, SD = 0.06) and high perceived physical literacy (M=4.41, SD = 0.03). Pearson correlation indicated a moderate, positive, significant relationship (r = 0.42, p  &amp;lt; 0.01; R² = 0.176). By gender, women&#039;s “Equipment Use” attitudes were significantly higher than men&#039;s (p  &amp;lt; 0.001; d = 0.63), while men&#039;s “Communication with Others and Self-Expression” perceptions were higher than women&#039;s (p = 0.014; d = 0.39). No differences emerged by sports history. Class level differences appeared in attitudes (F(3,175) = 2.777, p = 0.043, η² = 0.045), with 4th-year students scoring higher than 2nd-year (mean difference = 0.466, p = 0.029); no differences in physical literacy (p = 0.071). In conclusion, attitudes towards physical activity improve positively with advancing university education, whereas perceived physical literacy remains high and stable regardless of year. Findings align with literature, emphasizing the need for holistic programs in sports sciences curricula to support both attitudes and physical literacy.</p></abstract>
