The Journal of Multidisciplinary Academic Tourism (JOMAT) supports authors in sharing their work in institutional and academic repositories in line with open access publishing principles. Authors may deposit different versions of their articles under the conditions specified below.
Authors may freely share the preprint version of their articles on their personal websites, institutional repositories, or preprint servers before or during the submission process. No embargo applies to this sharing.
After the peer review process is complete, the accepted manuscript can be stored by authors on their personal websites, in institutional or national academic archives, and on scientific sharing platforms. When sharing this version, it must be stated that the work has been accepted for publication in JOMAT.
The final published version of the article (publisher's PDF) can be stored and shared immediately after publication without any embargo. During this sharing, it must be clearly stated that the article was published in the Journal of Multidisciplinary Academic Tourism (JOMAT), a link to the journal's official page must be provided, and the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license information must be preserved.
This self-archiving policy does not restrict authors' rights to circulate their work in the academic sphere. Authors are free to share their work on personal websites, institutional repositories, national or international open access repositories, and academic sharing networks, provided that proper attribution and license information is provided.
