Kanatlılarda İn Ovo Besleme Uygulamalarının Bağırsak Gelişimi ve Performans Üzerine Etkileri

Year 2010, Volume: 9 Issue: 1, 34 - 41, 01.05.2010

Abstract

The Effect Of In-Ovo Feeding On Intestinal Development And Performance Of Avian Species

Year 2010, Volume: 9 Issue: 1, 34 - 41, 01.05.2010

Abstract

Following the first 72 hours in poultry hatchability, in the digestive system has begun too fast morphological, biochemical, cellular changes and development. The chicks for beginning healthy and strong life, are significantly affected the performance and power of their life in the next period, beside the early nutrition period, in direction of being done food supplements in the incubation period, the new approaches have emerged. This type of applications can be happened at the first 72 hours after hatchability, also can be done with the injection of various nutrients and immune substances in the form of direct injection into the egg. For this purpose, based on studies in the context of biotechnology, generally during the incubation period, injection solution containing of carbohydrates, amino acids, various protein and sugar content has been taken in amniotic cavity and yolk sac of the poultries embryos, a technique called In Ovo Feeding has been developed. In this article with purpose of emphasizing the importance of the said studies, some new information has been transferred.
