Abstract
Headache is one of most common neurological symptoms. Subdural hematoma is rarely clinical presentation in young adult. Twenty-three years old female patient was admitted to our emergency department with complaint headache, nausea and vomiting. Subdural hemorrhagia was viewed near to left cerebral hemisphere on computed brain tomography. Hematom was drained. We discussed the case in view of the literature.

Baş ağrısı sık rastlanan nörolojik yakınmalardan biridir. Subdural hematom genç erişkin yaş grubunda nadir görülen bir klinik durumdur. Yirmi üç yaşında bayan hasta baş ağrısı, bulantı, kusma şikayetleri ile acil servisimize başvurdu. Bilgisayarlı beyin tomografisinde sol serebral hemisfer komşuluğunda subdural hemoraji izlendi. Hematom boşaltıldı. Vaka literatür ışığında tartışıldı.
