Abstract

In this study it is investigated the relations
between supplier quality management, product design, process management,
quality data and reporting. In addition, the effects of these factors on
product and process innovation performance are examined. For this purpose, the Istanbul
Chamber of Industry declared 1000 as Turkey's first industrial company in 2015
has been identified as the universe of research. The data obtained by the
questionnaire method from 203 firms were analyzed by the structural equation
model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that suppliers' quality
management significantly affected the process management, product design,
quality data and reporting positively. Product design and quality data and
reporting have been found to significantly influence product innovation
performance in the positive direction. The result is that process management
significantly impacts process innovation performance.

Tedarikçi Kalite Yönetiminin Performans Üzerindeki Etkisinin Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli İle Analizi

Year 2019, Volume: 18 Issue: 1, 413 - 439, 22.01.2019
https://doi.org/10.21547/jss.415001
