The Use of Cusum Control Charts in Sequential Sampling Plans

Abstract

In this study, the structure and the use of sequential sampling plan and traditional cusum control charts developed for the sequential sampling plan is explained for the test of population mean of which has normal distribution. Meanwhile, the sequential sampling plan and the modified form of traditional cusum control charts are given for Inverse-Gaussian distribution which has been used especially in accelerated life test in quality and reliability engineering.

Ardışık Örnekleme Planında Cusum Kontrol Kartlarının Kullanımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, normal dağılıma sahip kitlede ortalamanın testi için ardışık örnekleme planı ve plana bağlı olarak geliştirilen klasik cusum kontrol kartlarının yapısı ve yorumu açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca son yıllarda kalite ve güvenirlik mühendisliğinde, özellikle hızlandırılmış yaşam testlerinde (accelerated life testing) kullanılan ters-normal dağılım için ardışık örnekleme planı ve buna ilişkin klasik cusum kartlarının düzeltilmiş biçimi verilmiştir.
