KADEM Journal of Women’s Studies supports open access in line with the principles set out by the Transparency and Openness Promotion Guidelines developed by the Center for Open Science. The journal embraces not only free access but also the rights of reuse, adopting a libre open access approach. All articles published in the journal are freely and permanently accessible online without subscription or access fees.

All content published in the journal is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Under this license, others may download, share, and redistribute the content for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and source. However, no modifications or derivative works are permitted.

Authors who submit a manuscript to the journal are deemed to have accepted the application of this license to their work upon acceptance and publication.
