Spinal Brusella Enfeksiyonlarında Diskitis, Multifokal Diskitis ve Apse Oluşumu

Abstract

Amaç: Bruselloz çeşitli organ ve sistemleri etkileyebilen ve Türkiye’de ve dünyada dağılım gösteren bir zoonozdur. Kas iskelet sisteminin bu hastalıkta tutulum sıklığı %10-85 arasında değişmekte olup, bu sistem içinde en çok omurgada tutulumu izlenmektedir. Çok seviyeli omurga tutulumu ve apse formu çok nadir görülmektedir.
Materyal ve Metot: Medikal tedaviye cevap vermeyen ve cerrahi tedavi uygulanan spinal yerleşimli brusella enfeksiyonunu olan hastalar çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir.
Bulgular: Cerrahi tedavi sonrasında semptomların gerilediği izlendi ve VAS skorunun anlamlı olarak azaldığı tespit edildi. Sonuç: Cerrahi müdahale spinal spondilodiskitis, multifokal diskitis ve apse tedavisinde tedavi süresini kısaltmakta ve semptomları azaltmaktadır
