                                                                                                <abstract><p>Son yıllarda sosyal ve beşerî bilimlerde nitel araştırma yöntemleri ile nitel desenlerin sıklıkla kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmanın amacı sosyal ve beşerî bilim araştırmalarda yaygın olarak kullanılagelen nitel araştırma desenlerini incelemek ve betimlemektedir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma geleneği içinde araştırmacılar tarafından çoğunlukla tercih edilen fenomenoloji, etnografya, durum çalışması, eylem araştırması, söylem analizi ve gömülü kuram; amaç, araştırma süreci ve raporlama teknikleri bakımlarından tartışılarak açıklanmıştır. Çalışmada ayrıca nitel araştırma desenlerinin nicel desenlerden temel farkları da ortaya konulmuştur. Yapılan inceleme ve değerlendirmelerde nitel araştırma desenlerinin sosyal ve beşerî bilim araştırmalarında önemli bir yere sahip olduğu genel sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu kapsamda ayrıca, nitel araştırma desenlerinin amacına uygun ve etkili şekilde yürütülebilmesi bağlamında kimi öneriler sunulmuştur. Bu yönüyle bu çalışmanın görece ve sınırlı da olsa nitel araştırma desenleri konulu alan yazınına katkı sunması beklenmektedir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>In recent years, it is seen that qualitative research methods and qualitative research designs are frequently used in social and human sciences. In this context, the aim of this study is to examine and describe the qualitative research designs that are widely used in social and human science research. In the study, phenomenology, ethnography, case study, action research, discourse analysis and grounded theory, which are mostly preferred by researchers within the tradition of qualitative research; purpose, process and reporting techniques are discussed and explained. In addition, the main differences of qualitative research designs from quantitative designs were also revealed in the study. In the examinations and evaluations, it was concluded that qualitative research designs have an important place in social and human science research. In this context, some suggestions have been presented in the context of conducting qualitative research designs in an effective and efficient manner. In this respect, it is expected that this study will contribute to the literature on qualitative research designs, albeit relatively and limitedly.</p></trans-abstract>
