Assessment process
The candidate article that reaches the journal is forwarded to the Editor after a preliminary review by the Secretariat.

Editor examines the candidate article in terms of;
(1) journal publication policy,
(2) publication principles,
(3) spelling rules and
(4) originality.
As a result of this review, the candidate article deemed appropriate is sent to the relevant field editors. Inappropriate candidate articles are returned to the author, stating the reason.

The Field Editor examines the candidate article in terms of its suitability and originality to the field and directs the candidate article that is deemed appropriate to at least 2 reviewers from outside the author's institution. Studies whose referee process has been completed are decided by the Field Editor about the candidate article (Acceptance-Major Correction-Minor Correction-Rejection), taking into account the reviewer feedback. This decision is communicated to the author(s) together with its justifications. However, the final decision regarding the publication of the candidate article is made by the Editorial Board.
