Abstract
The influence of Turkish on the Balkans languages and specially on the oldest language of this region Albanian, has been the subject of numerous studies. Famous linguists, over the past several decades discus cover¬ing all aspects of the influence of Turkish on the phonology, morphology, syntax and semantics of Balkan languages, in particular Albanian. This present study will explore the effects of Language Contact phenomena between two languages of different families and will discus the so called internal and external thought and drift in language based on Turkish idioms in Albanian.

Abstract
Türkçenin Balkan dillerine ve özellikle bu bölgenin en eski dillerinden olan Arnavutça üzerine etkisi, birçok çalışmanın ana konusu olmuştur. Ünlü dilbilimciler, geçtiğimiz on yıllarda, Türkçenin bu dillerin üzerindeki sesbilisel, biçimbilimsel, sözdizimsel ve anlambilimsel etkisini en önemli çalışmalarında ele almışlardır. Bu çalışmada ise, akraba olmayan iki dil arasındaki Dil Bağlantısı olgusunun belirtileri açıklanmakta ve dil içi, dil dışı düşünce olarak adlandırılan konu üzerinde, Arnavutçadaki Türkçenin deyimlerine dayanarak tartışılmaktadır.
