Abstract




Yeni teknolojiler ile birlikte LED (Light Emitting
Diode,
Işık
Yayan
Diyot
) maliyet düşüşü, yüksek
etkinlik faktörü ve yüksek renksel geri verim ile birlikte diğer aydınlatma
ürünlerinin yerini almaya başlamıştır.



Bu çalışmada,
ilk olarak LED’lerin sıcaklıkla ilişkisinden bahsedilmiştir. Sıcaklığın ve
diğer değişkenlerin LED ömrüne etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu araştırmalar sonucu
oluşturulan yaşlandırma testleri gerçek zamanlı iki farklı yüksek güçlü LED’e
uygulanıp LED ömrü tahmini analizleri yapılmıştır.
