<p>The place of women in society and civilization has been a subject of discussion from Ancient Greece to the present, with different perspectives. It is a universal reality that women&#039;s position in society is more disadvantaged than men, especially within the cultural infrastructure. The definitions of women&#039;s roles in social and political life are directly proportional to their presence in workforce. Therefore, the inclusion of women in workforce is closely related to the level of development of a society. For this reason, the implementation of legal regulations and tax incentives that primarily enable women to be more active in business life and provide convenience to women will undoubtedly have an important role in the development of a country. This study investigates the role of legal regulations and tax incentives in increasing women&#039;s employment and provides a framework for the subject.</p></trans-abstract>
