                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu araştırma okul yöneticilerinin kişilik özelliklerinin yaşam doyumları üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amaç doğrultusunda; Goldberg (1992) tarafından geliştirilen ve Türkçeye Tatar (2017) tarafından uyarlanan Büyük Beş-50 Kişilik Testi ve Deiner, Emmons, Larsen ve Griffin (1984) tarafından geliştirilmiş ve Türkçeye Köker (1991) tarafından uyarlanan Yaşam Doyum Ölçeği, 2022 yılında Batman ilinde görev yapan gönüllü 148 okul yöneticisine uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 22.0 istatistik programında değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada yapılan korelasyon sonucunda okul yöneticilerinin tüm kişilik özellikleri ile yaşam doyumları arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğu, çoklu regresyon analizi sonucunda ise; uyumluluk ve sorumluluk kişilik özelliklerinin okul yöneticilerinin yaşam doyumları üzerinde etkisinin olmadığı, dışa dönüklük, duygusal dengelilik ve zekâ hayal gücü kişilik özelliklerinin okul yöneticilerinin yaşam doyumlarını olumlu etkileyerek %50 oranında artırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.</p></abstract>

                            <p>This research was carried out in order to examine the effects of school administrators&#039; personality traits on life satisfaction. Purpose; Goldberg (1992) developed by Turkish Tatar (2017) adapted by the Big Five personality test from 50. Deiner, Emmons, Larsen and Griffin (1984) and developed into Turkish by Köker (1991) adapted by the life satisfaction scale were administered to volunteer 148 school administrators who served in the Batman province in 2022. The obtained data were evaluated in SPSS 22.0 statistical program in computer environment. In this research the correlation between personality traits and life satisfaction as a result of all the positive way a school administrator of a meaningful relationship, as a result of multiple regression analysis; compliance and responsibility of school administrators had no effect on life satisfaction, personality traits, extraversion, and emotional dengelilik intelligence, imagination, personality traits, school administrators life satisfaction, positive affect, and by 50% increases is concluded.</p></trans-abstract>
