This study traces the vision of two central interpretations on the course of the Renaissance interpretations in the modern era of the Holy Qur’an as a component of the Renaissance of the Islamic Ummah. Through this approach, this study aims at highlighting the vision of both interpretations and their intellectual trends toward the Renaissance issue in general, and the Holy Qur’an as one of the most important elements of the Renaissance in particular.This study is based on the analytical comparison between the two interpretations in this regard. The study began with a brief definition of the term "Renaissance” and then began to define the concept of the two interpretations of the study as well. Then it made a comparison between such interpretations in terms of addressing the Holy Qur’an as one of the most important elements of the Renaissance.

تتتبع هذه الدراسة نظرةتفسيرين محسوبين على اتجاه ما يعرف بتفاسير النهضة في العصر الحديث للقرآن الكريمبصفته مقوما من مقومات نهضة الأمة الإسلامية، وتهدف الدراسة من خلال ذلك إلى إبرازرؤية كل من التفسيرين باتجاهيهما الفكريين لقضية النهضة بصفة عامة، والقرآن الكريمبصفته أحد أهم مقوماتها بصفة خاصة؛ متخذة من الموازنة التحليلية بين التفسيرين فيذلك منهجا لها.وبدأت الدراسة بتعريفموجز لمصطلح النهضة ثم عرفت بصورة موجزة أيضا بالتفسيرين موضوع الدراسة، ثم وازنت بينهما في معالجتهما للقرآن الكريم مقومامن مقومات النهضة.
