Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmaya 60’ı kadın, 11’i erkek, toplam 71 öğrenci dâhil edilmiştir.

Material and Methods: The study included a total of 71 students, 60 of whom were female and 11 male. Participants&#039; physical fitness was assessed using the waist-to-hip ratio, 6-minute walk test, standing long jump test, sit-ups, and trunk lateral flexion test. Physical activity levels were measured using the international physical activity questionnaire short form, and psychological status was assessed using the depression-anxiety-stress scale 21. Results: Students were examined according to their weekly metabolic equivalent levels; 20% were inactive, 59% were moderately active, and 13% were highly active. A negative, statistically significant relationship was found between physical activity levels and depression, stress, and anxiety (p</p></trans-abstract>
