                                                                                                <abstract><p>Buaraştırmada, Afyonkarahisar İli Damızlık Koyun-Keçi Yetiştiricileri Birliğidamızlık istasyonunda 2016 ve 2017 yıllarında çokluve tekli doğum yapanlardan sekizer baş olmak üzeretoplam 16 baş Pırlak koyunda Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor type 1B(BMPR1B), Bone Morphogenetic Protein 15 (BMP15) ve Growth DifferentiationFactor 9 (GDF9) genlerindeki polimorfizmin varlığı ve bunun tespit edilmesidurumunda çoklu doğumla ilişkilendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Genetikçalışmalarda kullanılmak üzere toplanan kan örnekleri hayvanların V. jugularis’lerinden EDTA’lı vakumlutüplere alınmış ve genomik DNA izolasyon kiti kullanılarak DNA izolasyonlarıyapılmıştır. İlgili genler yönünden gerçekleştirilen PCR ve DNA dizilemeanalizleri sonucunda her üç gen yönünden de Pırlakların monomorfik yapıdaolduğu ortaya konulmuştur.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>This study was realised to determine the presence of polymorphism inmajor proliferacy genes named Bone Morphogenetic ProteinReceptor type 1B (BMPR1B), Bone Morphogenetic Protein 15 (BMP15) and GrowthDifferentiation Factor 9 (GDF9) of 8 uniparous and 8 multiparousPırlak sheep reared at Sheep and Goats Breeders Association’s Breeding Station,Afyonkarahisar between 2016 and 2017. Blood samples collected for using ingenetic studies were taken from V. jugularis of animals into EDTA vacuum tubesand DNA isolations were performed using genomic DNA isolation kit. The PCR andDNA sequencing analyzes carried out on the basis of the respective genesrevealed that Pırlaks are monomorphic in the aspect of above mentioned genes.</p></trans-abstract>
