                            <p>In this study, hydrogeochemical properties, usability, and water quality of surface and groundwater in Belek Special Environmental Protection Area were evaluated. Ca-Mg-HCO3 and Mg-Ca-HCO3 water types are dominant in the groundwater. Surface water samples taken from the streams also have the characteristics of Ca-Mg-HCO3 and Mg-Ca-HCO3 water type. According to the analysis results, groundwaters and streams are not suitable for drinking in terms of Mg, NO3, hardness, and NO3 parameters, respectively. As a result of the water quality evaluations, it was determined that the uncontrolled discharges of domestic wastewater and fertilizers used during agricultural activities, which are widely carried out in the region, negatively affect the water quality in the region.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada Belek Özel Çevre Koruma Bölgesindeki yüzey ve yeraltısularının hidrojeokimyasal özellikleri, kullanılabilirlik durumu ve su kalitesi değerlendirilmiştir. Yeraltısularında genel olarak Ca-Mg-HCO3 ve Mg-Ca-HCO3 su tipleri hakimdir. Bölgedeki derelerden alınan yüzeysuyu örnekleri de benzer şekilde Ca-Mg-HCO3 ve Mg-Ca-HCO3 su tipi özelliği taşımaktadır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre yeraltısuları Mg, NO3 ve sertlik parametreleri bakımından; dereler ise NO3 bakımından içme suyu olarak kullanıma uygun değildir. Su kalitesi değerlendirmeleri sonucunda bölgede yaygın olarak sürdürülen tarımsal faaliyetler sırasında kullanılan gübreler ve evsel atık suların lokal olarak kontrolsüz deşarjlarının bölgede su kalitesini olumsuz etkilediği belirlenmiştir.</p></abstract>
