MÜZİK TEKNOLOJİLERİ ALANINDA YAZILMIŞ MAKALELERİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Teknoloji her geçen gün ilerlemekte ve insan hayatının her alanı, bu gelişim ve değişimden etkilenmektedir. Müzik, teknolojiden etkilenen bu alanların başında gelmektedir. Müziğin yaratımı ve çoğaltımı aşamasında, dinleyici olarak insanın müziğe ulaşabilmesindeki getirdiği yenilikler, kolaylıklar ve müzik eğitiminde teknolojinin kullanımı gibi farklı alanlarla teknoloji ile etkileşim içerisindedir. Bu etkileşim kapsamında, müziğin üretimi alanında yaşanan dijital dönüşüm ile gelişen kayıt teknolojileri ve sesin işleniş biçimi, akıllı telefonların hayatımıza girişi ile yaşanan bireysel kullanıcı boyutunda birçok uygulama yardımıyla, müzisyenlerin ve müzik eğitimcilerinin günlük hayatlarına kattıklarıyla, müzik ve teknoloji hep içi içe bulunmuştur. Bu durum müzisyenlerin, müzik eğitimcilerinin ve müzik teknologlarının bu alanda akademik çalışmalar yapmalarına olanak sağlamaktadır. Bu araştırma, müzik teknolojileri alanında Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanında taranan makaleleri incelemeyi amaçlayan nitel bir çalışmadır. Araştırma modeli olarak doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya, WoS veri tabanında yer alan “music technologies” anahtar sözcüklü erişime açık 37 makale dahil edilmiş, elde edilen veriler ilgili tablolar altında gösterilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır.

Analysis of Articles in the Field of Music Technologies

Abstract

Technology is advancing day by day, influencing every aspect of human life. Music stands out as one of the primary domains profoundly impacted by this development and change. The interaction between technology and music spans various areas, including the creation and reproduction of music, innovations in enabling listeners to access music, ease of use, and the application of technology in music education. Within this realm of interaction, technology has played a crucial role in the digital transformation of music production, the evolution of recording technologies, and the processing of sound. With the introduction of smartphones into our lives, numerous applications have emerged, contributing to the individual user experience. This interconnection between music and technology provides opportunities for musicians, music educators, and music technologists to engage in academic research in this field. This research, a qualitative study, aims to examine articles scanned in the Web of Science (WoS) database in the field of music technologies. The research model utilized the document analysis method. Thirty-seven articles with the keyword "music technologies" in the WoS database were included in the study. The acquired data is presented and interpreted in the relevant tables.
