Abstract
Yeraltı madenciliğinde havanın sıcaklık ve nemini kontrol etme gereksinimi, korumasız insan
vücudunun etkin olarak çalışabileceği iklimsel koşulların dar sınırlar içerisinde kalmasından
kaynaklanmaktadır. Ocaklardaki iklimsel koşulları kabul edilebilir sınırlar içerisinde tutmanın ana
nedeni; verimliliği artırmak, kaza oranını azaltmaktır. Bu çalışmada; sıcaklık ve nemin insan vücudu
üzerindeki etkisi araştırılarak, işçiler için uygun çalışma koşullarının belirlenmesi amacı ile kullanılan
yaklaşımlar incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, ısı stresinin belirlenmesinde kullanılan yaklaşımları temel alan bir
bilgisayar paket programı hazırlanmış ve bu programın özellikle derin yeraltı ocaklarında ısı stresi
analizine getireceği avantajlar açıklanmıştır
Abstract
The need to control air temperature and humidity in underground mining operations is due to the
relatively narrow range of climatic conditions in which the unprotected human body can operate
efficiently. The major reasons for ensuring climatic conditions within reasonable ranges in mines are to
increase productivity and to reduce accident rates. In this study, the theories that have been used in
the determination of suitable working conditions for workers were examined by investigating the effects
of air temperature and humidity on human body. In addition, a computer program used in the
determination of heat stress has been developed and the advantages of using this program in the
analysis of heat stress in deep underground mines have been explained.
