Abstract

Before and in the early stages of industrialisation, mining was the undisputed leader in technology. It represented the high-tech of the time. Early mechanisation such as the use of steam engines can be given as a good example of that. With the industrial revolution, other more specialised branches of industry advanced further and the mines became users of these technologies. Hence, today mining technology is well behind other industrial branches. But, now, the mining industry recognises the need for change and advanced technology which relies on remote control, automation and robotics. The number of studies on the matter is rapidly increasing

MADENCİLİKTE İLERİ TEKNOLOJİNİN KULLANIMI

Abstract

Endüstrileşmenin başlangıcında ve daha öncesinde madencilik teknolojinin tartışmasız lideriydi. Madencilik ileri teknolojinin temsilcisiydi. Buharlı makınaların kullanımı gibi ilk mekanizasyon çalışmaları buna en güzel bir örnek olarak verilebilir. Endüstrinin diğer dalları sanayi devrimiyle daha büyük ilerleme kat ettiler ve madencilik bu endüstri dallarının teknolojisinin bir kullanıcısı durumuna düştü. Bu yüzden bugün madencilik sektörü teknolojik bakımından öteki endüstriyel dallardan oldukça geri kalmıştır. Fakat şimdi madencilik sektörü uzaktan kumanda, otomasyon ve robotlaşma esasına dayalı bir değişikliğe ihtiyaç olduğunu anlamış durumdadır ve bu konuda çalışmalar hızla sürdürülmektedir
