Abstract

Bir ocak kesiminin hazırlığı sırasında bu iş yerine olası gaz yayılmasının önceden
tahmini, havalandırma ve drenaj sistemlerinin tasarım ve planlanması için ön koşuldur.
Metanın madencilik çalışmaları sırasında serbest kalarak ocak içine yayılması
konusundaki bilgi birikimine dayalı olarak çeşitli tahmin yöntemleri geliştirilmiştir.
Bu yazıda bu tür yöntemlerin dayandığı temel ilkeler açıklanmakta ve yöntemlerin
pratik olarak uygulanmasına örnekler verilmektedir.

Abstract

During the development stage of a coal mine section, the accurate prediction of
expected gas emission into this working is essential for designing and planning the
ventilation and methane drainage systems. There are various prediction methods
each of which depends on the available information about the liberation mechanism
of gas. In this article, the basic principles on which these methods are based have
been explained and numerical examples have been given for the practical purposes
