KÜÇÜK BOYUTLU KAYA KESME DENEYİNİN TAŞINABİLİR BİR KESME SETİNDE UYGULANMASI

Abstract

Küçük boyutlu kaya kesme deneyi (karot kesme deneyi), en sık kullanılan kaya kesme deney
düzeneklerinden birisidir. Bu deney düzeneğinden elde edilen deneysel sonuçlar marifetiyle,
kollu galeri açma makinesi ve döner kepçeli ekskavatör performans tahmini ve riperlenebilirlik
sınıflaması yapılabilmektedir. Ancak, bu deney setleri sabit ekipmanlardır, üretilmeleri zahmetlidir
ve sınırlı sayıda araştırma merkezinde bulunmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada küçük boyutlu kaya
kesme deneyinin, taşınabilir ve hidrolik eğilme test makinelerine bir eklenti olarak tasarlanan
düşey kayaç kesme seti (DKKS) ile gerçekleştirilebilmesi hususu irdelenmiştir. DKKS genel
hatları ile tanıtılmış ve geçmiş çalışmalardan bilgiler sunulmuştur. DKKS’de küçük boyutlu kaya
kesme deneyinin kolaylıkla ve başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilebileceği gösterilmiştir. Buna ilave
olarak, bir adet kollu galeri açma makinesi çalışma sahası ziyaret edilmiş ve alınan numuneler
üzerinde gerçekleştirilen kesme deneyleri ile makinenin kazı hızı kestirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
Sonuç olarak, bu makinenin kazı hızı gerçeğe yakın bir şekilde kestirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler
ve tecrübeler ışığında, DKKS ile kaya kesme deneylerinin rutin bir kaya mekaniği deneyi gibi
gerçekleştirilebildiği gösterilmiştir.
