Special Issue Policy

• In accordance with the request of our journal's Editorial Board, a special issue may be announced once a year.
• The publication date of the special issue is determined in accordance with the decision of the Editorial Board.
• The evaluation process for submissions to the special issue cannot be less than four months.
• For special issues, an editorial team different from the editorial team members of the periodically published issues may be formed by the Editorial Board.
• The language of publication for special issues is determined by the Editorial Board.
• The Ethics Policy, Financial Policy, Archiving Policy, Plagiarism Policy, and Peer Review Policy for special issues are the relevant policies established by the journal for its regular issues.
• The article submission deadlines for the special issue are determined by the Journal Editorial Board.
• The evaluation processes for special issues are as follows.
