                                                                                                <abstract><p>İklim değişikliğinin kıyı yerleşimlerininekosistemi, nüfusu, ekonomisi, yapılı çevresi ve altyapısı üzerinde olumsuzetkileri bulunmaktadır. Yerleşimlerin altyapı hizmetlerine erişilebilirliği vekalitesindeki yetersizlikler, etkin olmayan arazi kullanım plan vepolitikaları, yetersiz yatırımlar, afet direnci zayıf yapı stoğu vb. buetkilerin artmasına, dolayısıyla yerleşimlerin iklim değişikliğine karşıdirencinin ve uyum kapasitesinin zayıflamasına neden olmaktadır. İklimdeğişikliği ile baş edebilmek için uyum stratejileri ve esneklik düşüncesinedayalı planlama yaklaşımı son yıllarda kent yazınında gündeme gelmektedir. Bukapsamda kentsel arazi kullanım politika ve planları; yerleşimlerin morfolojikyapılarını, başka bir deyişle, mekânsal gelişme biçim, yön, büyüklük veniteliğini, sektörel kararları, kullanımların yer seçimini, yapılaşmakoşullarını belirler ve yerleşimlerin uyum kapasiteleriyle yakındanilişkilidir. Makalede, iklim değişikliği risklerinden deniz seviyesininyükselmesi ve sıcaklık artışı riskleriyle karşı karşıya olan Alanya kıyıyerleşiminin kırılganlığı incelenmiş; mevcut Çevre Düzeni Planının bukırılganlığı dikkate alıp almadığı veya uyum sağlamayı destekleyipdesteklemediği analiz edilmiş ve Alanya’nın uyum kapasitesini güçlendirebilecekmekânsal stratejiler geliştirilmiştir.</p></abstract>

                            <p>Climatechange has negative effects on the ecosystem, population, economy, builtenvironment, infrastructure of coastal settlements. Inadequate accessibilityand quality of the infrastructure and services of the settlements, inefficientland use plans and policies, insufficient investments, disaster resistance weakbuilding stock etc. lead to an increase in the impacts, hence the weakening ofthe resistance and adaptation capacity of the settlements to climate change. Inorder to cope with climate change, adaptation strategies and flexibility-basedplanning approach have been on the agenda in urban literature in recent years.In this context, urban land use policies and plans determine the morphologicalstructures of the settlements, in other words, the spatial development style,direction, size and quality, sectorial decisions, location of uses, conditionsof settlement and are closely related with the adaptation capacities of thesettlements. In the article, the vulnerability of the Alanya coastalsettlement, which faces the risks of sea level rise and temperature increase ofclimate change, was examined; it was analyzed whether the current EnvironmentalPlan is taking into account this vulnerability or whether it is supporting adaptation;and spatial strategies that can strengthen the adaptation capacity of Alanyahave been developed.</p></trans-abstract>
