                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışma, iki farklı örtü materyaline yapılan mikrobiyal gübre uygulamasının beyaz şapkalı kültür mantarı (Agaricus bisporus) yetiştiriciliğinde verim ve bazı kalite özelliklerine etkilerini incelemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada kullanılan kültür mantarı miselleri komposta ekilmiş halde özel bir firmadan alınmıştır. Herasim Mikrobiyal Gübre; Lactobacillus lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Rhodopseudomonas palustris, Bacillus subtilis mikroorganizmaları ile Kluyveromyces lactis ve Saccharomyces cerevisiae mayalarını içermektedir. Çalışmada, sap uzunluğu, sap çapı, şapka çapı, Suda Çözünebilir Kuru Madde Miktarı, kuru madde, ortalama mantar ağırlığı, toplam verim ve verimlilik (%) incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre en yüksek toplam verim değerleri Polat 2019 + Herasim (4086.25 g/torba) ve Turba + Herasim (4027.06 g/torba) uygulamalarından elde edilmiştir. Bu araştırma, mikrobiyal gübrelerin Agaricus bisporus yetiştiriciliğinde hem verimi hem de kalite özelliklerini arttırmada kullanılabileceğini ortaya koymuştur.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>This study was conducted to investigate the effects of microbial fertiliser application on yield and certain quality characteristics in the cultivation of white button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) using two different casing materials. The mushroom spawn used in the study was obtained pre-inoculated into compost from a private company. The microbial fertiliser &quot;Herasim&quot; contains Lactobacillus lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Rhodopseudomonas palustris, Bacillus subtilis, as well as the yeasts Kluyveromyces lactis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In the study, stipe length, stipe diameter, cap diameter, total soluble solids (TSS), dry matter content, average mushroom weight, total yield, and biological efficiency (%) were evaluated. According to the results, the highest total yields were obtained from the Polat2019 + Herasim (4086.25 g/bag) and Peat + Herasim (4027.06 g/bag) treatments. This research demonstrates that microbial fertilisers can be effectively used to enhance both yield and quality parameters in Agaricus bisporus cultivation.</p></trans-abstract>
