Plexus Brachialis Anatomisi ve Lezyonları: Literatür Derlemesi

Abstract

Özet: Plexus brachialis C5–T1 seviyelerinden çıkan spinal sinirlerin ön dalları tarafından oluşturulan bir sinir ağıdır. Bu sinir ağı üst ekstremitede bulunan kasların duyusal ve motor innervasyonunu sağlar. Plexus brachialis lezyonları C5, C6, C7, C8 ve T1 seviyelerindeki spinal sinirlerin ve bu köklerden meydana gelen yapıların hasar görmesi sonucunda oluşur. Motor kazaları, spor yaralanmaları, ateşli silah yaralanmaları, delici kesici alet yaralanmaları, pancoast tümörü ve doğum sırasında plexus brachialis’de hasar meydana gelebilir. Bu hasarlar yüksek oranda clavicula’nın üst kısmında gerçekleşirken, clavicula’nın alt ve arka bölümünde de görülebilir. Plexus brachialis’in kök ve gövde kısımları yaralanmalardan daha kolay etkilenirken alt kısmını oluşturan fasciculus ve terminal dallar ise yaralanmaya karşı daha dayanıklıdır. Bu literatür derlemesi, daha önce yapılmış olan sistematik derlemelere ağırlık vererek, plexus brachialis lezyonları, prevelansı, risk faktörleri ve güncel tedavi yöntemlerini incelemeyi amaçlamıştır.
