                            <p>Development is of great importance for individuals, organisations and countries in personal, physical, mental, social, emotional and moral terms. In order to adapt to changing world conditions and gain competitive advantage, the development process must be managed strategically and consciously. Acting with the future in mind and planning with the principle of sustainability supports long-term success. Public relations in the digital age involves dynamic and sustainable communication strategies. While the effective use of digital tools allows brands to establish stronger ties with their target audiences, data analytics and artificial intelligence-supported communication tools make public relations more measurable and interactive. Digitalisation and sustainable communication in public relations increase the effectiveness of modern public relations practices. Elements such as content production suitable for the target audience, crisis management and strengthening brand image are among the basic dynamics of digital public relations. * In this context, the study has three main objectives: The first of these is to provide information about sustainable communication and public relations in the digital age. Secondly, to make a descriptive analysis of new technologies used in digital public relations. Thirdly, it is to examine the applications of internet-based sustainable communication strategies in public relations. In line with these objectives, it is also evaluated how digital public relations practices will follow in the future and how sustainable communication strategies can be developed.* The study has been prepared to find answers to the following questions.- How has digitalisation transformed public relations practices?- Which new technologies are used in digital public relations?- How can sustainable communication strategies be integrated into public relations processes?* In the study, the current situation of new technologies and sustainable communication strategies in digital public relations was examined by using descriptive analysis method. An evaluation was made through literature review and sectoral examples.* As a sample in the study, organisations operating in the field of digital public relations, brands and sample applications that shape their communication strategies within the framework of the principle of sustainability are discussed.* The results of the study show that sustainable communication strategies in digital public relations support elements such as building a strong bond for brands and crisis management. Technologies such as data analytics and artificial intelligence make public relations processes more measurable and effective. In the future, digital public relations practices are expected to be more personalised and interactive.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Gelişim, bireyler, kurumlar ve ülkeler için kişisel, fiziksel, zihinsel, sosyal, duygusal ve ahlaki açıdan büyük önem taşımaktadır. Değişen dünya koşullarına uyum sağlamak ve rekabet avantajı kazanmak için gelişim sürecinin stratejik ve bilinçli bir şekilde yönetilmesi gerekmektedir. Geleceği düşünerek hareket etmek ve sürdürülebilirlik ilkesiyle planlama yapmak, uzun vadeli başarıyı desteklemektedir. Dijital çağda halkla ilişkiler, dinamik ve sürdürülebilir iletişim stratejilerini içermektedir. Dijital araçların etkin kullanımı, markaların hedef kitleleriyle daha güçlü bağlar kurmasına olanak tanırken, veri analitiği ve yapay zekâ destekli iletişim araçları, halkla ilişkileri daha ölçülebilir ve etkileşimli hale getirmektedir. Halkla ilişkilerde dijitalleşme ve sürdürülebilir iletişim, modern halkla ilişkiler uygulamalarının etkinliğini artırmaktadır. Hedef kitleye uygun içerik üretimi, kriz yönetimi ve marka imajının güçlendirilmesi gibi unsurlar dijital halkla ilişkilerin temel dinamikleri arasındadır. * Çalışmanın üç temel amacı vardır: Bunlardan birincisi, dijital çağda sürdürülebilir iletişim ve halkla ilişkilerin geldiği nokta hakkında bilgi vermektir. İkinci olarak dijital halkla ilişkilerde kullanılan yeni teknolojilerin betimsel bir analizini yapmaktır. Üçüncü olarak halkla ilişkilerde internet tabanlı sürdürülebilir iletişim stratejilerine yönelik uygulamaları incelemektir. Bu amaçlar doğrultusunda, dijital halkla ilişkiler uygulamalarının gelecekte nasıl bir yön izleyeceği ve sürdürülebilir iletişim stratejilerinin nasıl geliştirilebileceği de değerlendirilmektedir.* Çalışma aşağıdaki soruların cevabını bulmaya yönelik hazırlanmıştır.- Dijitalleşme, halkla ilişkiler uygulamalarını nasıl dönüştürmüştür?- Dijital halkla ilişkilerde hangi yeni teknolojiler kullanılmaktadır?- Sürdürülebilir iletişim stratejileri halkla ilişkiler süreçlerine nasıl entegre edilebilir?* Çalışmada betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak, dijital halkla ilişkilerde yeni teknolojilerin ve sürdürülebilir iletişim stratejilerinin mevcut durumu incelenmiştir. Literatür taraması ve sektörel örnekler üzerinden değerlendirme yapılmıştır.* Çalışmada örneklem olarak, dijital halkla ilişkiler alanında faaliyet gösteren kurumlar, markalar ve iletişim stratejilerini sürdürülebilirlik ilkesi çerçevesinde şekillendiren örnek uygulamalar ele alınmıştır.* Çalışmanın sonuçlarında ise; dijital halkla ilişkilerde sürdürülebilir iletişim stratejilerinin, markalar için güçlü bir bağ kurma ve kriz yönetimi gibi unsurları desteklediği görülmüştür. Veri analitiği ve yapay zekâ gibi teknolojiler, halkla ilişkiler süreçlerini daha ölçülebilir ve etkili hale getirmektedir. Gelecekte dijital halkla ilişkiler uygulamalarının daha fazla kişiselleştirilmiş ve etkileşimli olması beklenmektedir.</p></abstract>
