Kuzey Ege Denizi, Edremit Körfezi’nden bazı ticari balıklardaki Anisakis simplex and Hysterothylacium aduncum (Nematoda) parazitlerinin olgusu

Abstract

Edremit Körfezi'nden toplam 120 kupes ve 180 sardalya toplandı ve bağırsakları parazitolojik olarak incelendi. A.simplex ve H. aduncum'un çiğ veya yetersiz pişirilmiş balık ürünlerinin tüketiminde olduğu gibi halk sağlığı riski oluşturan nematod parazitleri olan morfolojik karakterleri verilmiştir.

A total of 120 bogues and 180 sardines were collected from Edremit Bay and their intestines were surveyed parasithologically. The morphological characters of A.simplex and H. aduncum as nematod parasites which represent a public health risk as in consumption of raw or inadequately cooked fishery products, were given
