Bu araştırma, müzik öğretmenlerinin pandemi dönemi online eğitim ortamlarına yönelik görüşlerinin ne yönde olduğunu incelemek ve online eğitim sürecinde yaşadıkları eğitimin görünümünü belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması prensipleri ile yürütülmüştür. Çalışma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi ile belirlenmiş ve on iki katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme soruları aracılığı ile elde edilmiş ve içerik analizine tabi tutularak sonuçlandırılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre katılımcıların teknolojik yönden yürütülen programdan kaynaklanan senkron hataları, cihazlara ulaşma, alt yapı ve internet erişiminde tüm eğitim paydaşlarının sorun yaşadığı, öğrencilerin derslere katılımının çok az olduğu, öğrenmeyi ölçmede eksiklik hissettikleri, uygulamaya yönelik konuları derslerine katamadıkları, ancak teknolojik becerilerinin arttığını, dijital içerikleri öğrenme etkinliklerine katmada gelişme hissettikleri, gelecekte online eğitimin olacağını düşündükleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre internet alt yapılarının güçlendirilmesi, ihtiyaç sahibi öğrencilerin ve öğretmenlerin belirlenerek cihaz desteğinin sağlanması, öğretmenlere konu ile ilgili hizmet içi kurslar düzenlenmesi önerilmiştir.
This research was conducted to examine the views of music teachers towards online education environments during the pandemic period and to determine the appearance of the education they experienced in the online education process. The research was carried out with the principles of case study, which is one of the qualitative research designs. The study group was determined by maximum diversity sampling as one of the purposeful sampling methods, and was carried out with twelve participants. The data was collected through semi-structured interview questions and concluded by content analysis. According to the results of the research, it was realized that the participants have synchronous errors in terms of technology caused by the program carried out, all education stakeholders had problems in accessing devices, infrastructure, and internet access, and the students' participation in the lessons are very low. Besides, it was observed that technological skills of teachers had increased, teachers felt improvement in incorporating digital content into learning activities, and they thought that online education will be continue in the future. Within the scope of research results, strengthening internet infrastructure, identifying students and teachers in need, providing device support, and organizing in-service courses for teachers on the subject were recommended.
