Aim: The study was conducted to determine the validity and reliability of the Clinical Reasoning Competency Scale for Nurses in Turkish. Method: The methodological type study was conducted with 304 nurses working in a university hospital. Data of the study was collected using the 'Individual Information Form' and the 'Clinical Reasoning Competence Scale for Nurses'. Amaç: Çalışma Hemşireler İçin Klinik Akıl Yürütme Yeterlilik Ölçeği’nin Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirliğini yapmak amacıyla yapıldı. Yöntem: Metodolojik tipte oluşturulan çalışma, bir üniversite hastanesinde çalışan 304 hemşire ile yürütüldü. Çalışmanın verileri; ‘Bireysel Bilgi Formu’ ve ‘Hemşireler İçin Klinik Akıl Yürütme Yeterlilik Ölçeği’ kullanılarak toplandı.
