                            <p>Aim: The study was conducted to determine the validity and reliability of the Clinical Reasoning Competency Scale for Nurses in Turkish. Method: The methodological type study was conducted with 304 nurses working in a university hospital. Data of the study was collected using the &#039;Individual Information Form&#039; and the &#039;Clinical Reasoning Competence Scale for Nurses&#039;. Results: The Content Validity Index of each question was found to be above 0.80. The KMO value of the scale was 0.895 and the Bartlett Sphericity test was significant (χ2 = 2581.802, p</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Amaç: Çalışma Hemşireler İçin Klinik Akıl Yürütme Yeterlilik Ölçeği’nin Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirliğini yapmak amacıyla yapıldı. Yöntem: Metodolojik tipte oluşturulan çalışma, bir üniversite hastanesinde çalışan 304 hemşire ile yürütüldü. Çalışmanın verileri; ‘Bireysel Bilgi Formu’ ve ‘Hemşireler İçin Klinik Akıl Yürütme Yeterlilik Ölçeği’ kullanılarak toplandı. Bulgular: Kapsam Geçerlik İndeksi her sorunun 0.80’in üzerinde olduğu saptandı.
