                                                                                                <abstract><p>Amaç: Bu çalışmada kolinklorür içeren bazı alçak ötektik çözücülerin karakterizasyonlarınıngerçekleştirilmesi ve antibakteriyel aktivitelerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Yöntem: Çalışılan dört farklı alçakötektik çözücünün iletkenlik değerleri tespit edildi. Fourier dönüşümlüinfrared spektroskopisi ve proton nükleer manyetik rezonans spektroskopisi ilekarakterizasyon işlemleri gerçekleştirildi. Antibakteriyel aktivite tayininindeResazurin mikroplak yöntemi kullanıldı. Bulgular:Alçak ötektik çözücülerin yapıları spektroskopik yöntemler ile aydınlatıldı.Alçak ötektik çözücülerin ampisiline göre daha düşük antibakteriyel aktivitegösterdiği bulundu. Sonuç: Alçakötektik çözücülerin ilaç endüstrisindeki ilgi uyandıran uygulamaları dikkatealındığında çalışmanın daha fazla sayıda alçak ötektik çözücününfizikokimyasal, antibakteriyel ve sitotoksik özelliklerinin araştırılmasıylagenişletebileceği sonucuna varıldı.</p></abstract>
