Tıbbi ve Aromatik Bitki Olarak Kullanılan Tanacetum (Pire otu) Türlerinin Genetik Benzerliğinin Moleküler Yöntemler ile Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bitkiler ilk insandan günümüze geleneksel tıp
uygulamalarının temelini oluşturmaktadır. Dünya genelinde ilaçların yan
etkileri ve metabolizma üzerindeki kimyasal etkilerine karşı bitkisel kökenli
ilaçlara bir yönelim vardır. Tıbbi ve aromatik bitkiler sınıfındaki Asteraceae
familyası bitkilerinden elde edilen ekstreler üzerinde yapılan çalışmalar
farklı biyolojik aktiviteleri doğrulamaktadır. Asteraceae familyası
bitkilerinin akaridikal ve itici aktivite ile antioksidan, antibakteriyel,
antifungal, antihipertansif, diüretik ve antelmintik özellikleri gösterdikleri
farklı çalışmalarda bildirilmiştir.



Dünyada yaklaşık 23.000 türü bulunan Asteraceae,
Türkiye'nin en büyük bitki ailesinden biridir. Yaklaşık yüz altmış türle temsil
edilen Tanacetum, ailenin üçüncü
büyük cinsidir. Türkiye'de cinsin kırk altı türü bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Türkiye'nin
farklı bölgelerinden toplanan on beş Tanacetum
türünün genetik benzerliklerini tespit edebilmek için RAPD ve ISSR markerleri kullanıldı.
RAPD ve ISSR analizlerinin veri kombinasyonu, türlerin iki ana gruba ayrıldığı
ana bileşenlerin analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Grup I' de 13 tür, grup 2'de 2 tür
yer aldı. Benzerlik matris değerleri 0.186 ile 0.813 arasındadır. Elde ettiğimiz
sonuçlar ISSR ve RAPD tekniklerinin, Asteraceae familyasındaki genetik
çeşitlilik ve benzerlik gibi türlerin genetik ilişkilerinin çözümünde güçlü bir
araç olduğunu göstermiştir.

Abstract

Asteraceae familyası bitkilerinin akaridikal ve itici aktivite ile antioksidan, antibakteriyel, antifungal, antihipertansif, diüretik ve antelmintik özellikleri gösterdikleri farklı çalışmalarda bildirilmiştir.
