A total of 134 women diagnosed with adnexal masses who presented to the gynecologic oncology clinic were included in the study. All participants completed the CSS-12 questionnaire. Total and subscale scores of CSS-12 were compared according to marital status, educational level, parity, CA-125 levels, and menopausal status. Results: The median age of participants was 38 years (18–75), the median body mass index (BMI) was 30 (20–42), the median parity was 2 (0–8), and the median CA-125 level was 45 IU/mL (11–2350). The total CSS-12 score was significantly higher among younger women (≤35 years), nulliparous women, and those with a high school or higher educational level (p</p></trans-abstract>
