İMPLANT DESTEKLİ SABİT VE HAREKETLİ PROTETİK RESTORASYONLAR

Year 2011, Volume: 2 Issue: 6, - , 03.03.2015

Abstract

FIXED AND MOVING PROSTHETIC RESTORATIONS BY SUPPORTED IMPLANT

Year 2011, Volume: 2 Issue: 6, - , 03.03.2015

Abstract

Although there are different prosthetic treatment methods for edentulous and partial edentulous patients, there can be some problems patients satisfaction and prosthetic adaptation level. Sometimes even optimal prosthesis can not be problem solving. For this reason, conventional prosthetic methods are abondoned and implant treatment methods are selected. Dental implants are used for the restorating of the extracting teeth places and prevent from the bone rezortion and they fit in the jawbone. Initially implants were used for only edentulous patients and than they used for alternative treatment methods for many condition. Today many implant systems are available and applied successfully. Restoration type of the implant supported restorations, application area, principles of the applications and differences between patient who use conventional prosthesis satisfaction, convenience of the using and differences in clinical applications are mentioned in this study as a review.
