Farklı Anaçlar Üzerindeki Fremont Mandarininde Bitki Besin Maddelerinin Mevsimsel Değişimleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Fremont mandarin çeşidinde anaç-kalem etkileşmesinin bitki besin maddesi miktarlarında meydana gelen mevsimsel değişimler üzerine olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Yaprakların azot (N), fosfor (P) ve potasyum (K) içerikleri kısmen benzer seyir gösterirken, genel olarak ocak ayından mart-nisan aylarına kadar yavaş yavaş azalmış, bu tarihten itibaren ağustos ayına kadar tekrar artmış ve sonra yılsonuna kadar azalma göstermiştir. Kalsiyum (Ca) ve magnezyum (Mg) içerikleri genel olarak ocak-mart ayları arasında azda olsa düşüş gösterirken, nisan ayından itibaren temmuz-ağustos aylarına kadar artış göstermiş, bu tarihten itibaren yılsonuna kadar azalmıştır. Mikro elementlerden demir (Fe), çinko (Zn), mangan (Mn) ve bakır (Cu) ise ocak ayından mayıs-haziran aylarına kadar artışlar gösterirken, bu tarihlerden itibaren azalış başlamış ve aralık ayına kadar bu durum devam etmiştir. Anaçlar bazında, yıl boyu ortalama N miktarı %2.15-2.29, K miktarı %1.09-1.19 ve Ca miktarı %2.67-3.15 arasında değişiklik gösterirken, P miktarı %0.13-0.15 ve Mg miktarı %0.32-0.34 aralığında değişiklik göstererek benzer durum sergilemiştir. Mikro elementlerden Fe ve Zn içeriklerinin Troyer sitranjı anacında en düşük, Carrizo sitranjı anacında en yüksek bulunmuştur. Mn içeriğinin 61.82 ppm ile 72.26 ppm arasında değişiklik sergilediği, Cu içeriğinin ise 10.5-10.8 ppm aralığında benzer durum gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, anaçların topraktaki bitki besin elementlerinden yararlanma konusunda birbirinden farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.
