Gömülü Teori Yaklaşımının Karşılaştırmalı Bir İncelemesi

Abstract

Bir araştırma çalışması yapılmadan önce araştırmanın kapsamının ve sürecinin titizlikle hazırlanması gerekmektedir. Bu hazırlık aşamasında ise araştırmacı, çalışmasının kapsamına yönelik seçeceği araştırma yönteminin genel çerçevesini, bu yöntemin ne gibi özelliklerinin olduğunu, bu yönteme uygun olarak nasıl bir araştırma süreci yürüteceğini ve seçtiği yöntemi kullanırken odak noktasının neler olduğunu iyi bilmelidir. Bu sebeple bu çalışma, çalışmalarında Gömülü Teori yaklaşımını kullanmak isteyen araştırmacılara genel bir çerçeve vermek amacıyla yazılmış olup Gömülü Teori’nin ne olduğunu, yaklaşımın türlerini, bu türlerin özelliklerini, yaklaşıma ait araştırma sürecini ve bu süreç içerisinde göz önünde bulundurulması gereken bileşenler hakkında bilgi vermek amacıyla yazılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, yapılan çalışma aracılığı ile mevcut literatürdeki izlenimi genişleterek elde edilen sonuçların daha çeşitli olması umulmakta ve çalışmanın diğer araştırmacılara rehber olmada önemli bir yerinin olduğu düşünülmektedir.

A Comparative Review of the Grounded Theory Approach

Abstract

Prior to commencing a study, the scope and process of the research should be carefully prepared. In this preparation stage, a researcher should know the general framework of the research method to be chosen for the scope of the study, in addition to specifying what features this method has, what kind of research process is to be carried out in accordance with this method, and what the focus is when using the method chosen. For this reason, this study aims to provide a general framework for researchers who intend to use the Grounded Theory approach in their studies, and give information about it, the types of this approach, the characteristics of these types, the research process of this approach and the components to be considered in this process. It is hoped that the results obtained will become more diverse as a consequence of expanding the view in the relevant literature with this study, and it is believed that the present study will contribute to the literature in terms of guiding other researchers.
