Abstract

Designs gain importance day by day due to their financial benefits. This situation increases the importance of design valuation. Thanks to the design valuation, the design, which is an intangible asset, has a monetary value. The monetary values obtained as a result of the valuation provide clarity to the companies in the financial transactions related to the designs. For this reason, design valuation is an area that has gained a lot of importance recently in our country and in the world. In this study, the importance of design valuation, the methods and approaches used in design valuation, and two sample valuation studies were carried out. The data used in the valuation samples prepared using two different methods for the same design were explained and evaluated comparatively.

Tasarım Değerleme ve Örnek Tasarım Değerleme Çalışmaları

Abstract

Tasarımlar, maddi getirilerinden dolayı günden güne önem kazanmaktadır. Bu durum tasarım değerlemenin önemini artırmaktadır. Tasarım değerleme sayesinde gayri maddi duran varlık olan tasarım, parasal bir değere sahip olmaktadır. Değerleme sonucunda elde edilen parasal değerler, tasarımlar ile ilgili finansal işlemlerde, firmalara netlik sağlamaktadır. Bu sebeple, tasarım değerleme ülkemizde ve dünyada son zamanlarda oldukça önem kazanan bir alandır. Bu çalışmada, tasarım değerlemesinin önemi, tasarım değerlemede kullanılan yöntem ve yaklaşımlar ve örnek iki değerleme çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Aynı tasarım için iki farklı yöntem kullanılarak hazırlanmış olan değerleme örneklerinde kullanılan veriler karşılaştırmalı olarak açıklanmış ve değerlendirilmiştir.
