                                                                                                <abstract><p>Örgütlerin en önemli varlığı, sahip oldukları nitelikli insan kaynaklarıdır. Bu doğrultuda örgütlerin, sahip oldukları nitelikli insan kaynağını stratejik bir uzmanlıkla, onların yeteneklerine en uygun işlerde çalıştırması gereklidir. Dolayısıyla burada en önemli görev de örgütlerin yöneticilerine düşmektedir. Diğer yandan stratejik liderlik, örgütle ilgili stratejilerin uygulamaya dönüştürülmesi becerisidir. Bu beceriye sahip örgüt yöneticilerinin, çalışanlarını motive ederek örgütsel amaçlara ulaşması mümkündür. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı, stratejik liderlik uygulamalarının örgütsel bağlılık ve iş tatmini algıları üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Bu çerçevede Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen Üniversitesinde görev yapmakta olan 400 çalışan üzerinde online olarak bir anket araştırması yapılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada stratejik liderlik uygulamalarının, çalışanların örgütsel bağlılık ile iş tatmini algılarını pozitif olarak etkilediği; dönüşümsel liderlik ile etik liderlik alt boyutlarının iş tatmini, duygusal ve normatif bağlılık algılarını pozitif olarak etkilediği saptanmıştır. Bu çerçevede üniversite yöneticilerinin, örgüt hedefleriyle çalışanların hedeflerini uyumlu hale getirmesi, çalışanların görüşlerini dikkate alması, örgütün çalışanların yaptıkları işten tatmin olmaları ve örgüte olan duygusal bağlılıklarının artmasını sağlayabilmesi hususunda çalışanlarını desteklemesi önerilebilir. Bu çalışmanın, uygulayıcılara çalışan performanslarını ve motivasyonlarını artırma konusunda liderliğe önem vermesi bakımından yöneticilere ve literatüre faydalı olabileceği düşünülmektedir.</p></abstract>

                            <p>The most important asset of organizations is their qualified human resources. Accordingly, organizations must strategically employ their qualified human resources in jobs that best suit their talents. Therefore, the most important task here falls to the managers of organizations. On the other hand, strategic leadership is the ability to translate organizational strategies into practice. Organization managers who possess this skill can motivate their employees to achieve organizational goals. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of strategic leadership practices on organizational commitment and job satisfaction perceptions. Within this framework, an online survey was conducted on 400 employees working at Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University. The study found that strategic leadership practices positively affect employees&#039; perceptions of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, while the sub-dimensions of transformational leadership and ethical leadership affect perceptions of job satisfaction, emotional commitment, and normative commitment. Within this framework, it can be recommended that university administrators align organizational goals with employee goals, take employee opinions into consideration, and support employees in ensuring that they are satisfied with their work and that their emotional commitment to the organization increases. This study may be useful to managers and the literature in terms of emphasizing leadership in increasing employee performance and motivation.</p></trans-abstract>
