Abstract

40 yıldan daha fazla süreli geçmişi olan Avrupa Birliği - Türkiye ilişkilerinde, 2004 yılı Ekim ayından itibaren yeni bîr dönem başlamıştır. Beklentiler, 17 Aralık Zirvesinde müzakere tarihinin verileceği şeklindedir. Müzakerelere başlanması halinde ülkemizde bir çok konuda mevzuat, dolayısıyla uygulama değişikliği olacaktır. Tüm sektörleri ilgilendirecek bu değişikliklerin yakından izlenmesi gerekecektir.

Abstract

(Negotiation Subjects, Dates and the Recent Happenİngs Related to the European Union and Turkey Interactions) As from October, 2004, for over 40 years of history, the European Union and Turkey got into a new period. Expectations show that a negotiation date will be revealed at the December, 17 Summit. There will be regulation and consequently practical changes if the negotiations get started. The changes vvhich are related to all sectors should be watched carefully.
