Kurumsal Yatırımcı Olarak Özel Emeklilik Fonları: Türkiye'de Oluşturulan Sisteme Yönelik Değerlendirme ve Geleceğe Yönelik Bir Tahmin

Abstract

Bireysel emeklilik sistemi, bireylerin gelir elde ettikleri dönemde düzenli olarak tasarrufta bulunmaları, yatırıma yönlendirilen tasarruflarıyla birikim oluşturmaları ve emeklilikte gelir elde etmeleri üzerine kurulmuş bir özel emeklilik sistemidir. Bu sistem ile, hem bireylerin emeklilik dönemindeki refah düzeylerinin yükseltilmesi, hem de oluşan uzun vadeli emeklilik fonları ile ekonomiye ciddi bir kaynak sağlanması amaçlanmaktadır.Bu çalışmada, kurumsal bir yatırımcı olarak emeklilik fonları, ülke ekonomileri ve sermaye piyasaları bağlamında değerlendirilmektedir. Ülkemizde oluşturulan sistemden beklentilerin karşılanma düzeyi sorgulanarak, sistemde oluşacak fonlara ilişkin zaman serisi regresyon analizi ile geleceğe yönelik bir tahminleme yapılmıştır.

Abstract

(Private Pension Funds As Institutİonal Investors: The Evaluation of Turkish System and Its Future) Private Pension Funds have three functions: to encourage individuals to save regularly as long as they have income, to direct savings to investment, and to provide people with pensions. The objeetives of the system are to raise the quality of life forthose who participate in the system at their retirement and to provide economy with a long term source of finance.İn this study a national economy and capital markets focused analysis of private pension funds is made. To what extent private pension funds in Turkey meet expectations will be evaluated and predietions will be made by performing a time series regression analysis of the funds created by the system.
