Bankacılık Sektöründe Personel Memnuniyeti ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Arasındaki İlişkilerin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalısmada bankacılık sektöründe çalısanların örgütsel bağlılık ve memnuniyet düzeyleri sorgulanmıstır. Arastırma kapsamındaki kamu ve özel sektör (mevduat ve katılım bankaları) banka subelerinde çalısan personele örgütsel bağlılık ölçeği ile demografik değiskenler ve personel memnuniyeti ile alakalı soruları içeren anketten 250 tane dağıtılmıs, ancak bunlardan 200’ü değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmustur. Yapılan analizler sonucunda örgütsel bağlılık boyutları açısından sektörler arasında herhangi bir farklılık bulunmamıstır. Çalısanların memnuniyet düzeylerinde sektörler açısından bir farklılık olmamakla birlikte, çesitli demografik değiskenler açısından bazı farklılıklar olduğu görülmüstür. Ayrıca duygusal bağlılık, normatif bağlılık ve memnuniyet arasında doğrusal bir iliski tespit edilmistir.

The Investigation of the Relationship Between Personal Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment in the Banking Sector

Abstract

In this study, organizational commitment and satisfaction levels of employees in the banking sector was questioned. The survey of public and private sector (banks, deposit and participation) personnel working in bank branches and staff satisfaction, organizational commitment scale and demographic variables, including questions related to the questionnaire distributed at 250, but 200 of them were evaluated. The analysis found no difference between sectors in terms of organizational commitment, however there is a difference in satisfaction levels of employees among some different demographic variables. Besides, a liner relationship was found among emotional, normative commitment and job satisfaction.
