Abstract

Özet

Bu çalışmada, firmaların global rekabet ortamında başarı faktörlerini ve rekabet avantajı elde etmelerini belirleyen başlıca konular ele alınmaktadır. Yazında konu ile ilgili olarak firmaların rekabet avantajını belirleyen unsurlara ve kritik başarı faktörlerine yönelik olarak farklı yaklaşımlar bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, söz konusu stratejik yönetim ve uluslararası işletmecilik yazınınındaki temel görüşleri inceleyerek firmaların global rekabet ortamında başarı sağlayabilmelerini belirleyebilecek olan temel konuları açıklamaya çalışmaktadır.

Abstract

This paper examines the determinants of competitive advan tage and success factors of firms within the global competition. In the literatu re there are different perspectives about determinants of competitive advantage and various approaches about the firms’ success fa ctors. The pap er tries to provide a general background of literature on competitive advantage in the international management and the strategic management. The paper firstly reviews the relevant literature on competitive advantage, then provides the determinants of competitive advantage in the global arena and presents concluding remarks.
