                                                                                                <abstract><p>Örgütsel öğrenme, bireysel düzeyde öğrenilenlerin örgüt ortamına aktarılması ile meydana gelmektedir. Bu düzey öğrenme, örgütün tüm üyelerinin öğrenme sürecine katılımı ve bilginin bu üyeler arasında dağılımını öngörmektedir. Örgüt üyelerinin benzer tutum sergilemelerinde, benzer amaçları gütmelerinde ve aralarındaki bilgi akışını sağlamalarında vizyon paylaşımın önemi büyüktür. Ortak bir vizyona sahip olabilmek ise, büyük oranda çalışanlar arası paradigmatik uyumu gerektirmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel öğrenmede vizyon paylaşımı ve paradigmatik uyumun önemini ortaya koymaktır.</p></abstract>

                            <p>Organizational learning is formed by transferring the information, learned at personal level, to the level of organization. This level of learning acquires the participation of all oh the members of organization in learning process and the distribution of information among these members. The sharing of vision is important in displaying the same behavior of the members of organizations and in fallowing the same aims as well as in providing the information transfer among themselves. Yet obtaining a collective vision necessitates the pragmatical collaboration among the employees at a great extent. The purpose of this paper is to put forward the important of both the shared vision and pragmatical collaboration in organizational learning.</p></trans-abstract>
