Abstract

In this article, the approach of “melothesia”
which was often consulted at the diagnosis and the treatment of diseases during
the ancient age and medieval ages is being tackled with its outlines. In addition
to that, the article tries to reveal the historical progress of the approach
which was relied on the belief that every region and membrum of human frame are
under the dominion of a particular heavenly body.
